Inside the boutique we operate by appointment only . This allows us to give a much more tailored service and to be on hand to help you find the perfect outfit without the stress of queues and feeling rushed.We also have a renowned alteration service to ensure the perfect fit.

We  have made provisions so that most outfits can be ordered online with FREE POSTAGE within Australia and increased hygiene levels are in place to dispatch these . We will give a full refund on unsuitable outfits,purchased online.

We have had quite a few ladies purchasing a couple items , trying them on at home and sending back what is not required. Those returns are then fully refunded within 2 days.

Most of our outfits are exclusive to Ever Elegant, so you wont find them anywhere else.

In Store Alterations

Ever Elegant  also provide a full alterations service for our  customers. Few ladies are a standard size so we specialize in adjusting our outfits that our customers buy thru our boutique. Most purchases require some level of alteration, even if slight. If you come from outside of Melbourne  and visit our store,we can post your outfit to you when alterations are completed.
